(above) This ribbon organiser is an ingenius ingenius way to keep those ribbons from entangling each other!
(above) An great idea to organise my spools of thread and other sewing nik-naks.

(above) These drawers with painted blackboard labels is a good way to get organised, again and again.
This simple but beautiful idea will allow one to create an inspiration or notice board using decorative paper and a few clipboards. Simply cut the paper to the clipboard size, glue onto the board using decoupage glue and viola! My favourite idea of the day.Posted by laissezfaire 2 comments

This is another cool project for those with crafty fingers. All you need are two pieces of scrap fabric and a needle & thread. This will be a wonderful welcome addition to a baby’s room. Just too cute. Click here for the free bird pattern from spool.

Aren't these lace buttons simply gorgeous? They are designed by UK-based textile craft designer Laura Walker. Laura has a special interest in embroidery which she expanded on by designing and making ceramic buttons. Her buttons are available in a range of sizes and colors through GlimseOnline. (above) "Hot glue heavy-duty magnets to ten soup cans and stick them to a steel cookie sheet. Hang it within kids’ reach using a plate hanger. Use the cups to hold crayons, chalk, markers and even Legos. Label the cans for easy clean up."
(above) Organise the little odds and ends in the drawer with these tuna cans!

(above) Now this is something I need to do! "Bolt three eye-catching blueberry cans to a wooden cutting board with a frame hanger on the back."

I came across a wonderful craft project which can be used to organise all your small odds and ends such as stamps, tickets, coupons, and business cards. The project is simple enough to do and will made a wonderful personalised gift or even a special wedding keepsake to store up little memories you have of the day. Posted by laissezfaire 2 comments
