Liberty of London Swatch Portraits
A reader pointed me to this wonderful link at The Purl Bee. This gallery display was made by filling a handful of simple wooden embroidery hoops with swatches of fabric from Liberty of London. This is actually a great idea. I have boxes of favorite swatches. They are too small to do anything with, but I want them around for design inspiration. I can imagine a studio wall covered with these. Of course, I need the studio first!
