The Smallest, Coolest Apartments

I love lofts. I like the fact that while the rooms on the upper floor are more private, they are not totally separated from the lower floors. Also love the high ceilings and the amount of natural light that can enter such a space.

Apartment Therapy recently held an international design competition in search for "The Smallest, Coolest Apartment" in the world under 650 square feet (60 square meters). One of my favourite entries is this loft space called "Victor and Soeun's Romantic Loft". This entry won 3rd place in the competition. I really like their use of white which makes the apartment seem bigger. The provision of storage spaces to hide away elements such as the washer and dryer also helps create a clean and uncluttered look.
