Colour swatch book

Have you ever felt blown away or suddenly inspired by a colour you see in your everyday surroundings? The colour swatch book by Julie Alexis is an inspiring and beautiful documentation of the colours in NYC. Wish she would do one for every city and come up with a unique colour palette that represents each place! (via swissmiss)

A great concept. A cute way to visit a city.

Hi, how are you? I just came across your blog on delightful blogs {and it is delightful!} and thought I'd share mine with you: Petit Elefant. I'd love to have you stop by and say hello.
Thanks,

Oh cool, what a great resource. It would be perfect for creating concepts. Maybe us bloggers should each do our own cities :)

A blogger city colour code project would be cool! Alisa, would you be interested to do Istanbul? We can each do 10 colour codes of one country.

Anyone interested to take part and make this a "bloggers city project?" lemme know by leaving a comment here!!

Ooh I'm excited! I wish we had this idea 2 weeks ago, because I basically tramped all the coolest places in Istanbul. Still, it sounds like a fun and creative project, I will quickly make a post about it and direct any volunteers here. Yay!
